Sombra is trying to reassure Chairman Katya that she isn't there to kill her, but has to do an awkward little hop step over one of the dead guards.They laugh it off when nothing happens, completely forgetting Sombra's presence as she mows them down. The two guards' Too Dumb to Live moment when they react to what they think is a bomb (Sombra's Translocater).Many fans found the part where Widowmaker just missed killing Katya hilarious because it brought to mind Totalspiffage's reading of the "I fired, and I missed" joke in a Widowmaker impression.At the very end of the trailer, the technician is seen standing next to Zarya, looking dazed and wearing a bandage around his head. He doesn't even need to fire, as the technician's surprised reaction has him running headfirst into a mech's arm cannon. During Reaper's attack in the facility, he points his shotgun at the technician Katya was talking to.And it is hilarious if you consider that Sombra's constantly messing with death incarnate himself. Even better is his exasperated tone which suggests that this isn't the first time she's done something like this.
And then she opens it again but only a little bit, forcing Reaper to wraith-form his way through. Reaper tries to get through a door with Sombra's help. When Ganymede returns to the screen, it promptly lunges for the caterpillar right when it goes offscreen. As Bastion readjusts to the world around him, he sees a caterpillar. While it's ultimately an unsettling moment, there's something darkly humorous and deliciously ironic about Soldier: 76 beating a thug's head in with a Diablo-themed piñata. The moment when the minigun-wielding mook first notices Soldier: 76. Until the light goes out and you see that they glow in the dark, with colors including green and pink. The skull tattoos the thugs wear are unsettling. 
There's just something funny about the way Genji dodges Hanzo's first arrow by simply leaning backwards.
This makes the luckless security guard overbalance right into an enormous bell. Unfortunately, in his panic he ends up juggling it, giving Hanzo just enough time to put an arrow through the phone just as the call is about to go through.
As Hanzo begins his attack, a mook of the Shimada Clan makes a grab for his phone. There's a blink and you'll miss it moment at the beginning that has an early version of his speech, where the second paragraph devolves into him nitpicking his character flaws. Winston: To the former agents of Overwatch. Winston: I made a chronal accelerator, I'm sure I can do this. It takes him from morning to nighttime to get it right. Winston's numerous failed attempts at recording a message to rally the former agents of Overwatch back to action. This picture ◊, while Heartwarming, also shows that Reaper was already edgy when he was still Gabriel Reyes. In other words, Talon's failure and Overwatch's return can all be traced back to the one Talon guard who slipped on a banana peel. This might be a little funnier than intended ( though not necessarily bad) when you realize that this was what allowed Winston to defeat the Talon forces, and then reinstate Overwatch. And the reason Winston was able to even do that? One of the mooks slipped on the Banana Peel he had distracted them with less than a minute prior. After crashing through the window, a large book falls off a desk and onto the mook's head. Reaper's expression that's somehow readable through his fixed mask? Hilarious. Athena pausing mid-sentence as the mook crashes through the control room window? Even funnier. The other is promptly thrown across the room. One of them demonstrates a little more intelligence than his partner and drops the rifle the cable is still attached to. Winston manages to grab a pair of reinforced taser wires still held by a pair of Talon mooks. Athena mentioning Winston's heart-rate like she were a wife nagging her aging husband to watch his cholesterol. In Ashe's overview, Cassidy starts to step out saying his catchphrase, only for Ashe to deck him across the face, sending him comically reeling in slow motion. A lot of people laughed when Pharah said in her character trailer "I will protect the innocent", only to immediately destroy what looked like people's shops full of pots with her rocket launcher in the Temple of Anubis map. When the scene quickly moves to show Soldier: 76 introducing himself to the man Rifle-butt first, you see the gold tooth sparkle as it tumbles into the shot. A Balkava-clad man is shown smiling with a Gold Tooth in his mouth as he fires his gun.
